210 lb goal

On july 14 i weighed myself at 248lbs, im 6,2.Right then and there i decided to start getting serious about getting in shape. So i instanly changed the way i eat,i started working out, and riding the crap out of my bike.Today it has been only 2 weeks, and i have lost 18lbs, im down to 230lbs now.Does loosing that much weight, that fast, sound normal for someone totally changing there lifestyle that fast. And for the record, i drink plenty of water too.

More than likely you weight loss will stop for abit. The 248 number was water, all the bad crap inside of you, more than likely...

Keep going though!!!! You will get there very soon...
