If you search for aerotech on bikeforums you'll find lots of threads on how some people really like them.
Personally I'd advise ordering one of each things you want to try them out before buying a whole wardrobe. Bibs and/or bike shorts are very personal and what may fit one person really well might really cause issue with another.
Two recents ones

I was thinking about giving them a try but I already have a few performance bibs, one I ripped this morning, and since I mostly ride my recumbent I need some recumbent bibs which have different padding/fit.

I just bought a bib (pair of bib shorts?) from Aerotech and I'm very happy so far.

They make good stuff. I use their unpadded shorts for triathlons and recumbent riding.

Odd combo, huh?

I purchased an underliner (https://www.aerotechdesigns.com/bigsi...bikeunderliner) and so far so good! I would recommend them.
