Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

I just made a new hole in my belt, it's a great feeling and a good confidence booster. Congratulations, keep it up (belt pun )!

Being the economist (i.e. - pennypincher) that I am, I would just punch a couple more holes in the belt and cut off and trim the end of the belt neatly so it isn't so long. Of course, cutting it shorter without messing up the look will only work for some belts.

My black leather dress belt is a 6 hole and I had been in the next to the end one (#2). This past Sunday morning when I got ready for church I was able to draw it up into the last inside hole (#6) . Almost time for a new one !! BTW the slacks I put on were some I hadn't been able to wear in years. kirby

Aye! I am on the last hole here as well, though I plan on punching it along with getting a new one.

It was funny this morning-I had a meeting w/ some of my company's attornies and security dudes this morning about a project we are working on. It was originally scheduled for another building than the one that I work at, so I needed to drive. I figured that I would put some nicer clothes on, since it was at the corporate HQ building.

My pants near fell off without said belt at last notch!!!!!!!!!!!!

To put it in perspective, these pants were a tad snug 4 months ago. I haven't worn them in over 2 months.

I have only lost 15Lbs, but I have also built up a lot of leg muscle, visibly evident, and thus my waist loss has been great.

I have a REALLY nice thick leather belt, and I recently had to go get more holes put into it.... and cut the excess off.... the tail end was wrapping around to my back

I had mine shortened four inches this weekend. Funny thing is that while I've lost 10 pounds since earlier this year, it seams like more is coming off the waist and relocating to the quads. My legs are getting scary....

Yeah, My I got tired of my doctor looking skeptical about how much I was losing off the waist (weight not changing that much). So I wore my old belt one day complete with obvious stress marks at each hole going inwards. She couldn't argue with that.
