Hello I'm Tracy and a Clyde

I am a Clyde at 225 lbs 5'7", this has been my weight since I was 21 and in the military, I am just now getting back into biking (attempting car free in Hartford CT) I was doing Centuries on my days off a few years ago, longest single ride for me in one day was 230 loop around Enfield, to Hartford, to Manchester, to Hartford, and Back to Enfield, my current bike is a 2000? R600 CAAD4 Cannondale.
