Sorry you didn't make th test, but it sounds like things are working out.

Not sure how I missed this one the first time around, unless it's that I skip most running related posts. My doc flat out told me not to run. Multiple back surgeries and knee surgeries have left me with lots of arthritis in my knees and back, so running at 245# isn't a great idea.

I do hope I can run after I get some stress off of the joints, will just have to wait and see.
