Ok, so I had this thought right before I went to bed.
A couple years back I was rooming with my cousin and He was on this super crazy diet where he weighed his food and stuff. Went to the gym 2-3 hours per day for cardio and ate minimal meals. Well he lost quite a bit of weight and I noticed when we went swimming that he was a couple sizes to small for his skin. Is this normal or should I chalk it up to the large amount of weight he lost in such a short time?
I'm wondering once I shed the 80 or so pounds that I put on in the last 3 years will this happen to me? Or if I take it slow and natural ishould I expect my body to adjust as well.
