Ladies, need saddle help

My wife is interested in putting a new saddle on her bike. We found this awesome Dutch bike, a Gazelle Impalla, on CL a few months ago. The original saddle is a Selle Royal, which seems somewhat comfortable, but it has a huge rip in the top, and the gel layer inside looks like it's retracted or something around the torn area.

She's wanting to start riding more, hitting the trails on her own to build up to some more mileage. Obviously, it's an extremely upright bike, so we're looking at either some other Selle Royal saddles, or maybe some Brooks models. She does want it to have springs or elastometers or whatever, that much I know.

Any recommendations for something that would be comfortable?

Here's the bike, by the way:

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

B67S

This is a single rail, but if she has a pipe seatpost, there's a triple rail version with a clamp.

That's the B66S
