Lost the Clyde Title

Well, after a few weeks now below the 200lb mark, I think I can now officialy say that I am no longer a clyde.

I started about 1 year ago riding, running and now swimming to loose weight. Started at 237lbs and now at 196lbs.

1 year ago, my goal was just to get to 220 and then 210 and then 200 and now 190. I don't know yet what my final goal will be.

Thanks for the support & motivation over this year.

You've lost a lot of weight. Congratulations! Tom's down at the printers getting your certificate. He should be back soon.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.
