Ride 23 - Silver Comet Stand Up!

OK - SO quick report. Decided to go for a ride this afternoon... 30 miles 2 hours 6 minutes 44 seconds..but who's counting? . But wait there's more... The big news is that I practised standing up and pedaling. Now I think I had tried this but did not have any luck when I first bought the bike. I think I must be gaining muscles! On the teeny tiny inclines (up a bridget, etc) i stood and pedaled and zoomed up the slope. Also stood on the flat trail too. Amazing what a few muscles will do. Can't wait to see what hapens on Ride 50!

Anyway - another Great Ride!
