Topeak MTX EX (15lb) seatpost rack...

and I have the trunk bag, but id like to look into getting the next bag up with the fold out panniers for my change of clothes. The trunk bag compartment alone holds my lock, tube, first aid kit, and shave bag right now. Does anyone have any experiences with the seatpost rack and the pannier bag? Topeak sells them as compatible, but I wonder how you affix the bottom of the panniers?

NM....I wet to REI.com and if you use the beam style rack you have to spend another 24.00 for some bolt on side frames to fix the panniers to.Damn. Off to Scheels I go to look at a real rack. *sigh* Anyone want a not too much used QR seatpost rack?
