24 hour urban assualt race...Solo

I will be undertaking a 24 hour urban bike relay race this Saturday (12pm-12pm) solo style. The race will consist of a 15 mile loop that has 4 "checkpoints" that have RFI card readers... Wish me luck fellow Clydes, I will need all the support I can get since I'll be alone on this endevor.

Good luck, and we expect a ride report and maybe some pix!

(Someday, I'll have the endurance to pull a 24h stint on the bike...)

Good Luck Big Scott - I will need full details...while you are assaulitng the urbans on Sunday I will be in the Wilson 100 doing 75 I think... alot easier than what you will be doing! Good luck! And I will definitely be thinking of you and your loops around town with your RFID card. I have seen the riders on the 24 hour MTB races - and they are incredible! Good luck with this..and, well, do be careful ok? I mean jeesh -can I just say be smart - and go home if you are not having fun. Just pick up your toys and go! If you need anything let the Bee know.

Big Scot you may be alone on the bike, but we will all be pulling for you. I know that will be little comfort when you are doing the pedaling

I got 5th place in the solo class, very hard race and a good time as well. I'm still a little under the weather after doing upwards of 240 miles. I'ill do a race report when I get some time.
