Vintage Velos jersey sizing
Anyone ever buy from Vintage Velos? I'm looking for a new wool jersey, I like their stuff, but I'm concerned about their sizing.
They list a 3XL as fitting up to 6 feet and over, and up to 225 pounds.
Does anyone know how far "over"? I'm 6'6" and weigh around 240. What I'm concerned with are sleeve and torso length.
I haven't heard back from their Customer Service department after emailing them, but it is getting to be wool jersey season so I'm sure they're very busy.

They seem a little slow in returning emails but they send orders right out...
The merino wool has quite a bit of stretch, the jerseys tend to run long in length which is good for you.. Usually the run just over 30" in length from top of collar to back hem..
At 240lbs you should be fine, the jersey may be a little snug but not tight at your height. This is a personal preference, if you prefer loose fit or form fit for your jerseys..
If you are looking for a quality wool in bigger sizes, Boure clothing carrys wool in bigger sizes..

I checked out Boure's site and saw the short sleeve jerseys, but WOW, the price on their long sleeve jerseys are crazy!

I recently bought a Nike Merino Wool in XXL and it was cut very generous.. Plenty long and big enough for me at 6'3 - 240lbs..
They can be found on ebay quite often..
Ibexwear is also a good source for quality merino jersey, I personally have not used them
