Fiery ride

Yesterday my dinner was a mix of sausages, pasta and halopenos; you know, that kind of food that burns when it comes and burns when it leaves.

Made today's ride interesting too, nothing like sitting on a bicycle with your butt on fire:D

TMI hahahahaha

Yeah? I had a high fiber dinner one night, the next morning I got "caught" about halfway through my ride. Needless to say I set some speed records getting back home!

Try a Graziano's Grinder from Des Moines the night before a 40 mile ride. I am sure glad I ride alone, because I would have been embarrassed, and anyone behind me probably would have passed out. I know TMI.

I consider my morning-after gas to be a natural deterrent for people who draft behind me without announcing their presence. Otherwise I usually pull out of the line to let one go.

Damn near ruined my keyboard reading these posts.

I will admit to having an intimate understanding of all the above. I tend to be very selective on what I eat before a ride.

Yeotch, nothing worse than the burn on the way back out. Also, nothing quite like the cliff bar farts.

That is great when it is cold out. Helps keep the Butt warm.
