Today, Just One of tThose Nice Rides!

30 hillymiles @ 13.8 average. Wasn't sure if I'd go but why not? So I head out up the hill. I get to an intersection while riding up one of the steep hills. I'm the last one there but everybody waves me on. I look a them as I ride by and they are all smiling! (like that!). Later I cross paths with a big dude on a Harley. He rides by and gives me the nod. Hey, when a Harley dude greets a dude in spandex, you know you're cool! Just seems everyone was in a good mood today. So many smiles.

On the way home I climb a hill and stop a the top's intersection light. Nice looking lady drives up on my side then smiles. I smile back and she says," how you doin'?". "Great, how are you?" I reply! Don't tell Gina or she won't let me go out in lycra anymore!

Making faces while climbing and shooting pics

Rich keep gettin' richer! Should see these houses! I'm getting poorer!

End of the road

I heard somewhere oxygen deprivation causes hallucinations.

Did you hear the Beach Boys or David Lee Roth in the background?
I wish they all could be california
I wish they all could be california
I wish they all could be california girls

The west coast has the sunshine
And the girls all get so tanned...

Hahaha!

Sure Flip, C'mon down! I live right off of a road named Foothill Blvd (Route 66). I'm at 1000 ft elevation. In order to get away from traffic, I ride up 10 -15 miles. If I go down, it's sudden death. Well not really but close!

I'd rather look at opurty mtns than scary cars!
