My stomach just doesn't hold as much food anymore! I made a pot of clam chowder for dinner. Cut back on the cream, used skim milk, no butter. Had to try to keep it healthy afterall! I also used a veggie stock instead of water. After doing the math, a large bowl full came to about 650 calories. I also had a homemade sourdough biscuit.
I used to be able to (and would) eat 2 bowls of the stuff, only made with heavy cream, lots of butter, whole milk, etc. Tonight, 1 bowl and the biscuit filled me up. I even feel like I ate too much. This is certainly helping with the weight loss!
It's a good thing! Now I'm looking for a used set of rollers to supplement rainy day training.
I didn't get in a trainer ride today (raining out) due to errands. I plan to put in one tomorrow while watching football.
