My goals this week are simple:
-No fast food
-Ride 40 miles

I will be going to the gym hopefully quite a few times but I'm not setting a goal for that because life is a little chaotic right now.

Hey, your spreadsheet link is broken!

Goals:
Drop another pound.
Continue to manage portions.
Not succumb to the lure of Halloween candy.
Ride, trainer when weather is bad, road when good (and dry).

Incidentally, I'm 2 away from having lost 50, and 7 from my goal! Getting close now.

I continue to water myself like a garden. I think 120 oz is sufficient a day, although 160 is not out of the realm of possibility.

Im still shooting for 5 lbs a week, though I may never get there LOL

Im commuting 3 times this week, plus maybe another 2 rides to the bike co-op.

It's rent week, which means longer days, and I've finally worked up the nerve to try my hand at NaNoWriMo this year. So, I'm not going to have much time for riding.

I just want to ride as much as I can & write as much as I can.

Wish me luck.

My goals:
Move something (exercise again)
lose something (at least a pound)
enjoy something (do a family activity that is outside and active)
Celebrate something (hopefully tomorrow night with a historic outcome)

I need to start small again.

My goals are going to be the same for the most part for the next several weeks.

1. Lose 1-2 lbs/week
2. Maintain portion control
3. Avoid sweets and excessive carbs.

MAybe you need a voice activated recorder...or something and you can bring it with you on the treadmill or bike! Good luck with the novel - is the plot about a great Weight Loss Biking Group in the midst of a world full of skinny road bikers?

Starting weight - 105Kg

Goals for this week (exercise)
Finish in top 3 for 500m and 1500m roller league* - Completed 30 minutes ago, 1st place in 500m and 1500m
Finish in top 5 for the sprint on the Thursday night ride.
Work on high power intervals

Goals for this week (food)
Only go to the pub at lunch twice this week and only buy one packet of pork scratchings.

*The first Monday of each month in the winter my cycling club holds a roller racing league. Currently I'm managing to beat an ex-professional and a few time-trial riders. My main competitor is also a bit big and our theory is that we develop more power shifting our weight about and once the weight factor is removed we're golden. The main thing is learning to push yourself as hard as you can for 26s and 1m40s and ignore the pain.

I've stopped worrying so much about my weight as I look thinner (I am thinner) and I'm getting fitter and faster. The only thing which isn't shrinking are my quads which are growing at an alarming rate.

I'm going to borrow a goal from Raven87, to eat fewer sweets and carbs (carbs especially), and see if that helps me meet my primary goal of losing @ 1 lb this week. Up until last week I'd been losing a little each weigh-in but last week was 0. Something's gotta give.

Other goals:

- Do a 33 mile ride comfortably. I'm doing low 30's now but with more fatigue than I want
- Do 3 exercise videos. I'll probably try some 'Firm' videos I got from Amazon.com for a change of pace.

Do you know you can get a glass which holds a full bottle, saves time when setting goals.

This week I want to:
1) Shed 4 lbs
2) Try some new vegetarian recipes. Spaghetti with lentil tomato sauce is sooo boring
3) Drink more water, and less coffee
4) Swim more. Bike more (and the weather is perfect this week). Gym more.
5) OK, I have to be strict with myself... NO ICE CREAM! Honestly...

My goals are to lose the pound and a half that didn't go missing last week and dial in the adjustment of my new saddle.

I had my dealer measure my sit bones using the ass-o-meter and it turns out that I did indeed need a wider saddle.

Goals for the week
1) Current Weight: 262.5, Goal Weight: 259.0
2) Go to the gym twice
3) 20 miles on the bike
4) Cut smoking to 6-7 per day.

hoping for a big weight loss this week, but I think part of last weeks gain was partly artificial water weight, so it shouldn't be too hard to drop those 3.5 pounds. Let's give it a shot at least.

The rest are the same as last week. I didn't meet my goals last week, so here's to a good makeup week.

1) Currently 218 (up 1.5 from last week)
2) Adjust goals:
a-Absolutely no alcohol during the week.
b-Continue Powerlifting program but increase time in saddle on non-lift days; decrease absolute rest to one day per week.
c-Dare I say it? Decrease pasta and rice.
3) Don't be scared by scale weight as the trousers are surely getting looser around the waist (but not the thighs).
