I blew it tonight

Way too many useless calories. I'm watching the election results and drinking a really nice Clos du Bois cab. I'm going to polish off a bottle. My bride is drinking Macallan.

I'll get back on the wagon tomorrow.

Don't feel too bad. I went from a pinot gregio to vodka on the rocks due to the election results. Well, that and yogurt pretzels. Good think my rollers came today, so I can ride rain or shine tomorrow.

That's OK, I went and played music for a few hours and recorded some songs. We drank a few Fat Tire and some 1554. Good calories for me as I needed a relaxing evening.

We watched a movie and had some evil carbs. I'll kick off early today and pedal out an easy 30 this afternoon.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Beer, Pizza, and Ice Cream. I didn't even try to be good. That's alright, I'll just ride more to make up for it.

I always plan a 'bad day' once every few months any way. Seems to keep my weight loss on track. I swear my metabolism figures out, 'She'll eat this much today, so let's burn ONLY this much to keep that precious fat!'. Throwing it a curve ball every now and again seems to keep it guessing on the losing side.

Fun? No. It was a rather aggravating night.

At least when I woke up this morning, I wasn't up any weight. However, I do have a terrible headache from the alcohol.

That sounds good. I just had pizza last week, but pizza cravings have come with riding. I swear, I eat plenty of calcium, and protein, so I have no idea why the crazy cravings I keep having. Im male, so it's not pregnancy LOL.

I ate absolutely nothing after a spartan supper after spin class.
I had to fast because I had a physical this morning.

When I got to the office I was freaking ravenous and ate some
leftover halloween candy. Grumble.
