^^^ Along the same lines I read where for every 1 gram of carbs you retain 3 to 4 grams of water. I've notice if I consume something like pasta, rice or other high carb, I may weigh more the following day, but then I'm back to where I expect to be. I'm not on a low carb diet, but just on days when I consume more then average.
My own messed up thinking is that carbs such as bread, pasta, or rice are absorbent and tend to hold more water then carbs from veggies like carrots that don't absorb water. FWIW.

I'm down to 241.6 this week.
I don;t have access to a scale where I am so just put me down for the same weight as last week and I'll catch up my weight next week as I won't be home until Friday.
Starting Weight: 211lb.
Last Week's Weight: 208.5lb.
Current Week: 207lb.
Im hoping its due to the water pills I have been taking, I checked my water weight and it had drastically went down so Im guessing I havent really lost and TRUE weight just extra weight my body decided to keep.
When my doctor put my on a water pill because my bloodpressure got way up into the 120/80 range I dropped a few pound and kept them off I'm not looking forward to when they take me off them even though I know it is just water.
