Winter Training Schedule
I've got to post now and then in the Clydes' forum, being a true clyde and all that. I hope I am not repeating a recent thread here. If I am, I apologize and please give me a link. Thanks. (Being 69, I normally hang out in the 50+ forum).
Here is my typical winter training when I don't get out for long rides. This would be about 5 days per week. What's yours?
I've been biking to the rec center - just a mile, temps about 26-32 F., 5:30 am
Spin class 45 minutes
Swim 45 minutes
Work out in weight room anout 30-45 minutes
Bike back home
And on certain days I will add or substitute a 3 mile walk to/for bicycling.
Of course, when I can, I'll do 20-30 mile ride.
What about the rest of you? Whatcha doing?
