Off the 5 week DL
That's right, released by my Physical Terrorist and my Doc today. Woot!
I even got my very own really big bouncey ball to do exercises on to improve my lower back and pelvic range of motion. Not sure how that's gonna work out with everything down there being fused or wrecked, but what the heck, it's kind of cool.
I asked my PT guy what else I could do to help with range of motion. His answer, "Ride your bike."

Yep, my surgeon and my PT guy both ride, it turns out.
I'm armed with some cold weather gear now thanks to a run to the local Performance and a stop by Wally World. Looks like I might need some rain gear though.

Some short miles in Tursday and Friday. I spent all weekend at a Vintage Motocross race and swapmeet liquidating some parts inverntory I'll never need.
Saturday was so cold and windy and I showed up with ahead and chest cold to start. Yep, mondo sick now. Argggg.
