Hello All

After a long and successful marching band season, I hit the trainer this morning for 30 measley minutes. My legs feel like jello today. It sucks to not ride for so long and get back into it. Anyway, I am back on the saddle and looking to kick some tail this winter.

Good job, keep it up. I'll be attempting my first cold weather commute tomorrow. We all have trials to work through.
