Anyone else drop a bunch of weight, but realize sub-200 is not a wise goal, given their large frame? (I'm 5'17") How about a "G.E.D." option, Tom?--Over 6', met goals, does not want to break 200?
I went from 330 to 215. After a couple years losing, and a couple years maintaining, I declare victory. Maybe a couple other trimmed down Herman Munsters out there, too?
