Re: Clyde Emeritus--Wookie G.E.D.?

Anyone else drop a bunch of weight, but realize sub-200 is not a wise goal, given their large frame? (I'm 5'17") How about a "G.E.D." option, Tom?--Over 6', met goals, does not want to break 200?

I went from 330 to 215. After a couple years losing, and a couple years maintaining, I declare victory. Maybe a couple other trimmed down Herman Munsters out there, too?

Lemme think about the name for it. How about "Fit Clyde" Emeritus?

An award based on lean body mass maybe? I don't want to open the can of worms with basing teh award on BMI but I would think an award for a certain body fat% would be perfectly ok. Even though I wasn't really asked

No problem, Bau, LBM is a good metric for "Fit Clyde" status.

Well, I tried the BMI calculator, and it said I need to drop back to 210 to be "normal". I did hit 210 once about 2 years ago, whatever that is worth. I've been training hard lately, without gaining or losing. Any way you want to call it, Tom. No biggie. I don't think I'll actively try to lose any more. I may do it on accident, when I get into the brevet series this year.
