Uh-Oh! I'm In Trouble! Holiday Baking!
Gina's baking in the kitchen,.where she belongs! (hehehe, that'll spark sumthin' up!).Actually she bakes like crazy then prepares a big basket of goodies for the family. Cookies, bread, candies, holiday decos, the worx!
Right now she is at stage "stuff is baked". On the table to the right, BIG bowl of peanutbutter cookies. Right next to it, 3 or 4 layers of brownies with walnuts (yummm!). To the left are lil balls ready for powdered sugar coating. Then on the counter, lil cupcake containers with pumpkin bread. In the oven, PBloaves. On top (can't see in pics) PB men. S'posed to be gingerbread men but she got the idea to use it for pumpkin bread. Came out a lil puffy so I'm thinking they are "Pumpkin Clydes"!
I was down 11lbs but now I might be in trouble for the next couple of days. Well, I'll go out and do some climbing tomorrow morning, limit the damage!
D'oh, forgot the Rice Krispie treats. Boxes inline to be slaughtered!

I hear ya! The other girls in the office have been bringing stuff to the office 20lbs at a time. Of course, they are all OFF this week, so three people brought laundry-basket sized boxes full of sweets for only 3 people...
I've been on a sugar high for days....

That would be the death of me. I have managed to survive one party at our house with TONS of treats. With it raining outside for the next couple of days I may be in trouble. I hope to get a window of weather on Christmas Day for a ride to burn some cals off. Good luck in your resistance.

Holy hell Beanz. That is amazing. I recently made a fairly low cal and low at cake for my birthday that was pretty good.
1 box of Duncan Hines Spice Cake mix
1 can of Libby's Pumpkin
1/4 cup of water
1 egg white
1 table spoon of olive oil.
Mix it up and pour in a 9x13 pan sprayed with a little Pam spray and bake at 350 for about 30-35 mins depending on your altitude. The mix will be a little thick but without the water, it makes great muffins.
Makes 12-16 servings and less than 180 calories a slice. Add Fat Free Cool Whip as a topping.
It's pretty darn tasty and fairly healthy.
