I will be as soon as they come in. Talked with guys who have and they all say the same thing. Have plenty of towels handy.
Best thing about cycling is when I'm at work I'm thinking of cycling, when I'm cycling I'm thinking about cycling.

I have spinnervals 9 and I've done the workout a couple times. Weight loss? Probably not any more effective than a similar lenght of time doing sprint intervals. Have towels handy, you will need them. You will also need clipless pedals or toe straps to do the one legged exercises and a cadence meter. Other than that it's a good workout, have fun and be prepared to deal with 90 minutes of crappy music and a smug coach Troy.

A few of them are longer than the others, like Base Builder 5.
I find the quality of the videos variable; I have been hoping someone would
do a thread titled 'What's your favorite Spinervals?'.
We are as gods, we might as well get good at it.

There is an option to turn off the music you know. I connect to Winamp and then launch one of my favorite Deep House Internet Radio Stations...much better. What I like most about the DVDs is that Coach Troy keeps track of the time .
