Who uses Spinervals

So Ive done 4 1/2 thousand kms in the 1st half of the year then work picked up and to much junk food and Im 107kg was 102kg and kicking goals
Need to get back on the bike and scince I got a wind trainer 4 xmas
am curious who uses Spinervals DVD's
I downloaded spinervals 9 "no mercy" and want to know if any one has any others and there results

I will be as soon as they come in. Talked with guys who have and they all say the same thing. Have plenty of towels handy.

I have spinnervals 9 and I've done the workout a couple times. Weight loss? Probably not any more effective than a similar lenght of time doing sprint intervals. Have towels handy, you will need them. You will also need clipless pedals or toe straps to do the one legged exercises and a cadence meter. Other than that it's a good workout, have fun and be prepared to deal with 90 minutes of crappy music and a smug coach Troy.

There is an option to turn off the music you know. I connect to Winamp and then launch one of my favorite Deep House Internet Radio Stations...much better. What I like most about the DVDs is that Coach Troy keeps track of the time .
