Back in the saddle again !!!!

Well, I have not logged into the forum here since October 12 of 2008 . Life around here has been way to busy to even think about getting on the bike. I have paid the price with a 15 pound weight gain, not to mention being just plain bummed out about not getting too ride. Today I got back on the bike and went for a 17 mile ride with some smaller hills at an easy pace to get started again. I did better then I expected with a 14 mph average, which after over 4 months off was nice to see. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing over the winter.
