Good luck! It's almost as fun watching someone else get a new bike as getting one yourself!

Sounds like it'll be a fun shopping day! I just got my LHT after New Years and love it. I spent all of the late summer and fall trying to decide between a Volpe and an LHT. I finally made up my mind, just in time for winter. Both were fine bikes, but I'm glad I chose the LHT.
Enjoy,
Roy Curry

I drove past Harris Cyclery this morning. It's a nice-sized LBS with a very helpful staff. That and the Spoke-N-Wheel in the city next door (Waltham) are my favorite bike shops around Boston.
