If I remember right it goes something like this:

What are little boys made of?
Snips and snails, and puppy-dogs' tails,
That's what little boys are made of.

What are little girls made of?
Sugar and spice, and everything nice,
That's what little girls are made of.

So that makes me say Snips and snails, and puppy-dogs' tails, or if you go with the food answer, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream from last night.

I've had a sinus cold the past 2 days. From how much I've been blowing my nose, I've gotta be at least 70% snot by volume.

On a regular day, I'm 50% determination, 25% coolness and 25% awesome.

Beans.

Yep, been eating a lot of beans. The side-effects are good for propulsion.

If I remember biology class very wellÖ Iím mostly made of Water. But, I too have Titanium, and Cobalt Steel parts added as well.

As far as comparing myself to the abilities of other ridersÖ I donít give it much thought, none of them have been through my life, so itís an unfair comparison, for better or worse.

I think David, or the Psalmist if you prefer, said it best:

13For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

14I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

15My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

16Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

- Psalm 139: 13-16 (King James translation)

While I am grateful I was made, and I know that He had a reason for making me the way I am, I wish at times He had used less material and better quality parts.

What am I made of??

Flesh and bone (and other stuff). Unfortunately, too much flesh in my mid section, but I have skinny legs. So if you dress "Big Bird" in cycling clothes that is pretty much how I look.
