Inspired by the other guy's thread, I've also been watching my diet. Diet change alone I'm down to 238 after pushing 250 for the last 3 years. Boss is a runner so we talk exercise often. Lastnight he said, "'wow, you're dropping weight". Nice when others notice. Along with a few other riders that have said they can see it. Some say it's noticable in the face. I guess I had a fat face!
Only 12 or 13 lbs but I see I can really feel it in the pants and on the bike. When the weather and snow clear on the mtn roads, I'll hit them hard. I'm sure I'll drop a few more changing the ride habits too. Prepping for a big mtn ride in June. Hope to lose 18 more and be down to 220 by then.
