<Slap!!!> <Slap!!>

Weak is not really what comes to mind when I read most of your post. Just go ride the mountains a couple of times and you'll be okay.

Thanks, I needed that!...You know that was the plan to go do a mtn ride, maybe 4k of climbing today. I get to bed at 3 or 4 am so the plan was for maybe 10 or 11 am but the people at work decided that I was the only inspector qualified to sign my name on a little piece of paper so I must report to work in 25 minutes... Wasn't enough time to get up, ride a few hours, eat rest and then return to work. Told you I was weak!

Today was the perfect day!

Everyone has there weakness, even when being so good on your diet.. Some people think having a cheat day is a good thing.. I personally have one cheat meal a week which seems to keep me on track.. My cheat meal is usually mexican food which I just love.. You end up looking forward to it and for me at least helps me stay on track..

Wow. A Hostess Snoball. You. Crazy. Man. You.

*yawn*

Call me when you obliterate a pint of Haagen Daz Rocky Road ice cream while watching a Little House on The Prairie rerun. Extra points if you eat the ice cream while watching a Dr. Phil "Fat Camp" episode.

I had onion rings today. They were marvelous!

Then there's that old saw about "My therapist told me I needed to finish some things. So when I got home I finished a bag of chips, a half gallon of chocolate ice cream, a cheesecake, and a bottle of wine."

The absolute best junk food is without a doubt the yellow Zingers with icing. Yum! Of course, Peanut Butter Cups are good, too. And don't forget Product W. https://www.sheldonbrown.com/w.html

One of my favorite bedtime snacks is a Hostess Ho-Ho, Glass of Milk and an Ambien. That way, I sleep right through the chocolate induced heartburn at 3 am

Yesterday I drove past a Polish bakery that sells soul satisfying freshly made donuts all day long. I purposely changed my commute so I would never go by (I mean, enter the bakery and buy 2).

I can still smell the still warm, just glazed donuts. Heavenly!
