Yesterdays ride...

Well it was 50 here yesterday so when I got home, I got the bike out, pumped the tires and hit the road.

I only rode about 25 minutes but I got in 7k with traffic stops.

I need to continue to ride to get my stamina and speed up. My triathlon is only a little over a month away.

Today, I swim and if the weather is good im getting on the bike when Im done swimming.
