    The Bees Goals for Week Eleven

    My goal this week is to not turn to food to cope with loneliness. It has been a tough few weeks...I think I prefer the beginning part of the man issues when I had a hard time eating. Now my appetitie is back and I am a tad lonely. Weekends of rain has not helped! So I really have 2 different lives during the week. Mon - Thurs or Fri I am in a Corporate Apt in Chicago and working - and then home in the ATL on the weekend. So my goals need to be to keep my spirits up or at least feel the feelings and not eat over them. Just know that all feelings will pass.. and food is not the answer.

    So the good news is I have been working out a lot - and hitting my Trianer hard! So we shall see what the weigh in looks like tomorrow, but I am doing fine..... Just need to know that when I feel this way - I need to be aware and be extra careful.


    Goals:
    Ride baby Ride! OK - On the weekend. Saturday do a 100 mile ride in a charity ride. Sunday do a 40 mile recovery ride.

    Mon - Relax - go get ne biking computer. Work and fly to Chicago
    Tuesday - 60 minutes stationary bike - Power intervals In the AM and Weights at night (time to start focusing on pushups and upper body strength)
    Wed - Cardio 60 minutes bike
    Thursday Pushups and weights
    Friday - Cardio maybe - fly to the ATL
    Saturday - 100 mile
    Sunday 40 mile

    Drink lots of water. :champ: No wine during the week. Subway for dinner!

    Dropped 1 lb -261.4. 23 lbs total so far.Goals this week , drink more water and log everything I eat.I found out that you can eat 500-1000 calories extra if you dont.

    my goal for spring break was not to gain any weight back and ride at least three times during the week... well, i thought not gaining weight would be difficult, and working in the rides during my week of would be easy... i only rode twice, the weather turned ugly toward the end of the week... but, the good news is that i didnt gain anything, still at 276, total lost of 9 lbs.

    my goals for this week is to get my new wheelset and ride like a madman... if i can work in the time, i'm going to the gym this week, not sure how often just yet...

    My goals for this week are very limited, since this is Wedding week I know that it is going to be a hard one on both the diet and the workout schedule. I plan to do the community ride tonight and hope to get in at least one or two more good rides in this week, plus I would love to lose some this week, but would be satisfied with staying the same.

    Up half a kg (a pound) on last week, to 95kg.

    Plenty of beers and a large pasta dinner on Sunday the likely culprit! So much for celebrating a good result at the indoor rowing champs!

    Have 3 rides planned as well as 4 circuit sessions. Now have another guy to be a 'partner in crime' for some training. He started at about 125kg and is now at 105kg.

    I'm up one pound to 305. But that being said, I got out 3 times this week for bike rides, so I,m not worried about it.

    Had a successful week. My goal is to lose one pound a week and I lost one pound this week. I just stick to my plan and so far so good. I got about 6-10 lbs to go.

    289.5 Stayed the same, but it was a "heavy" weigh in...I had been down to 286 a couple days earlier.

    But I had a busy/unusual week and fell off fitdaying near the end. Back on the fitday wagon for this week.

    SWee k Eleven Results: YAY!! Lost weight- fit into a few size 12 s too. First big charity ride of the year....

    Happy camper. 173.5 Down 2 pounds....
