mid-season training

CO got dumped on this week, so my momentum on the fixie has been derailed (last week was 65+ all week!!), But the GF is training for a few Tri's this summer, so i got in the pool with her at the gym lately, and....

lost about 4 pounds of real weight. I'm stoked. Guess i'm going to have to incorporate swimming into my overall fitness goals.
