Out with My Two Sons

Went out on the local MUP with my two sons. Slowly increasing the ride distance, the toung lad did real good today. Got in 16km, made a few stops for bio breaks, playground break and hot chocolate break. Had a great ride. As much as I love flying on the roads I love these rides even more, kinda like training my future riding partners!
On the way out.

Great form there Lucas

Hot chocolate time

That's awsome. I absolutely love riding with my son, who is ten. Good "Dad time" with the kids.

You aren't training them. They are training you. It won't be long and you will be gasping to keep up with them, saying things like, "Go on ahead, I am fine."

Well your ride recap had two things I never heard of bio breaks and playground break. I gotta say it never occurred to me that someone in this group would need a playground break Sounds like a great time.
