Down 4.2 pounds last week! Though I did miss my riding goal by 7 miles due to a heinous flat on my ride on Sunday. But the knew tires should be in tomorrow and hopefully I can meet this weeks goals, including my first organized ride on Saturday.

Goals:
2 pounds Weight loss
30 Miles on the bike this week.

Same place . 144 this morning. Rode a very hard 80 miles yesterday, just finished a short recovery type ride. And I need to start planning out something new for next weekend.

Down to 270 even with stressful week.

I'm needing to get off the bum and get some miles in. I got 25 good ones in on Sunday. And I swam today. I'm going to pledge 20 miles a day, except for Monday and Thursday (swimming), til Saturday, which I want to do 35-40 at a leisure pace. The weeklies are going to be balls to the wall!

I want to drop 1.5-2#s this week. Something inside me says do it.

Holding steady - which is a bit annoying.

Started year - 100kg
Goal - 90kg
This week - 94kg

Got out for a couple of long rides on both Saturday and Sunday (with about 8000ft of climbing), but a big dinner out with friends on Sunday night probably hit the waist hard!

Urp. Weekend of 6 course meals and all night at the bars didn't do be too well. Weighed in at 218. Pretty sure I can keep it from sticking. Shooting for 216 by Monday. Also, first (possibly second as well) century of the year this weekend.

Gah! I'm up 5.5 pounds, since the beginning of April! I guess that's what vacation does to a person. I did manage to get in 3 nice rides though. 7 miles Friday, 5 Saturday, and 9 on Sunday. Now we have cold and rain again. Bleh. Gotta watch what I eat this week, to try and drop the excess.

First week here for me. I just tipped the scales at 309.6 after getting home from a 1 hr ride on the stationary bike.

Gotta go to traffic court this afternoon (goddamn leeches had the nerve to write me up a ticket for "failure to clear rear window (view obstructed)" during a snow/sleet/ice storm in January), then after that I'll see if I can't try out the clipless pedal/shoe setup I got on the MUP since the weather's FINALLY halfway decent for a change!

Goal: hmm....to break 300 by next Monday? Long shot, but worth a try.

Long term wise, my ideal weight is probably about 190 or so.

well, i've been sick the past few days (stomach bug), but i managed to weigh in today and at about 262, no loss or gain... blew out a tire a few days ago and been sick so i havent been doing a whole lot of riding...

had a 60-70 mile ride planned for this past saturday, but blew out that tire, and didnt have any money for a new one, then got sick. so, if im lucky, ill be able to get that ride in this weekend... but it doesnt look like the weather will be cooperative

OK _ Well have a bad cold this week - no workpouts at all. Stayed around 177. So I seem to be plateauing. I think it's all in my head - and I need to want to lose weight again - and say not to any open candy dishes at the office! Will post my goals on the new thread!

Well I missed my weight loss goal, only down .6 pounds this week. The reason? A street fair 2 blocks from my house this weekend. Why is fair food so tasty but so bad for you? I did manage my riding goals though, even with the stripped crank on Saturday.

Well keeping focus on my eating and getting a more balanced 1400-1800 diet along with 2 rides (9 mile easy and 16 mile HAAAARD) after work last week along with arm workout after the easy ride helped me get way back on track. Lost all but 1lb of my gain from vacation. Weight loss for the week 10lbs. Current weight 285lbs

142 this morning. But some of that is dehydration. And I didn't eat nearly enough yesterday and bonked out half way through the ride. I should be back to 144 by tomorrow.
