    I only lost one pound this past week, where as my goal was two. Really blew it on the weekend. I did manage to meet my riding goal though.

    This weeks goals:
    Lose two pounds
    Ride 30 miles

    Davin-Don't woory, its still a loss. Plan ahead for the weekend. They are EVERYONE'S downfall.

    OK, I lost 3 pounds this week! Down to 268.4 and down 41.6 pounds since the first of the year. I haven't been this weight for about five years!

    I got in 115 miles this week! Going great!

    I hope for another loss for this week, and since I'm already at 90 miles, I'm going to shoot for 125. I have my first metric century of the year planned for next Saturday, the Tour de Stooge.

    Following on from last weeks 5lb loss I am looking for another 3-5lb loss. Plus I want to get some miles in after I get my College stuff done (stupid finals and papers). 275 is my next immediate goal and when I reach it the Wife and I are going to do Sushi as a treat YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM of course if I reach it next sunday I will have to rain check as she is going with a friend on a 3000 mile bike trip (I work and do college - she is full time college studend, lucky moo *LOL*) - the motorized variety - in texas.

    Get off my plateau! I dropped 10 pounds very fast in late march early april, but think most of it was water weight. I believe I'm finally down to a real weight at that point, but have been stable for nearly three weeks. I'd like to hit 213-213.5 by the end of the week. (EDIT: Weigh in 214.8)

    Oh, and ride 3-state, 3-mountain, full century.

    I'll post a weight later in the week.

    However, all cylinders are firing on the exercise front, with a big week (for me) planned. Combine this with some diligent Fitdaying, and i'm trying for something big.

    Ahhhhhh First Week in.
    263lbs/35.4% Body fat
    Weekly Goal: 260lbs. or -3lbs. for the week.

    Gotta find a 17t Freewheel for my fixie this week so I can get in on a long ride with my boys.

    I lost 2 this week, due to good weather, mostly. We did have one day of winds up to 45, so I rode with them for 40 miles, and got a pick-up home. (I did a short headwind sprint, 10 mph.) The next day I rode crosswind 16 mi in 30-40 winds. I was leanin way over to hold a straight line.

    Anyway, per BMI calculator, I dropped into the merely overweight zone from obesity, and have lost 74 lbs from a year ago. Hope to lose 35ish over the next 5 mos, and be normal weight like I was before hitting "midlife". Then maybe I can do 25s under an hour like I did then. Or maybe not.

    Haven't managed to get to the usual accurate scales, but the ones at home (not too bad) had me at 92-and-a-bit kilos after my ride this morning. Presuming some error and a bit of dehydration I think that I am hovering between 93-94kg. Not too bad.

    However, have a week of holiday/rowing racing in Japan that will see lots of different food and plenty of beer. Expect a bit of a blow out next week!

    Results for the past week - down one pound, which is my weight loss goal. Did not ride as much as would have liked due to all the rain on the weekend.

    Goals for this week - lose another pound and ride in the neighborhood of 150 miles, and now I am adding in some running for my upcoming sprint triathlon in July.

    Current weight is 194, down from 210ish at beginning of the year.

    All goals met this week, in fact I was able to lose 4 pounds this week. This marks a milestone for me, 25 pounds lost since January 19th.

    ok so I only lost 2lbs and am down to 278 but im happy its a loss and I am still well on goal for making 275 by May 25th (immediate goal). With the weather the wy it has been I have not been on the bike. Weight lost since Feb 1 is 31lbs

    Well, was a frustrating week. The brutal weather demoralized me at 3-state 3-mountain, so I did the 62 mile option (ride report in Any Clydes doing 3-state 3-mountain thread). Had an otherwise solid exercise week, pushed over 500 miles in april, did 6 hours of hiit crosstraining instead of four, ran 6 miles, weighed in down 3.8 pounds (though at least 1-1.5 lbs of that was water).

    Starting: 214.8, ending 211.0
