2 years and 100 lbs lost with pics!!!
The first three photos is 2 years ago at my sons b-day party. It is date stamped for confirmation and the other is tonight with the same shirt on exactly 100lbs lighter!!! The other photo is a pic of todays ride!!
100lbs ago I could not walk a mile and my back hurt to go to the grocery store and push the cart around. Today I rode 20 miles and and yesterday I walked 3 miles then rode 8 more. I can not explain how much better I feel and I hope this inspires someone else to make a change in there life!
