Down another 1.8 this past week, not quite the goal I was shooting for (2) but it was still a good lose.

This weeks goals are once again the same,

Lose 2 pounds
Ride 30 miles (I hope, may be short due to elbow trouble.)

Was 229 this morning. Hoping to make it to 224 this week, and average 20 miles/day minimum.

Goal for this week is to lose 2-3 lbs and try ride at least once this week (camping next weekend). I will either weigh early or late this week.

Crept back up a bit - was down in the 93kg range, now in the 94kg range.

Lack of food discipline (I'm training hard, so I can eat...).

Must concentrate.

No starting weight. Going to say I was around where I was last week. Need batteries for the scale. Goal: 209 lbs by Monday.

It was a weak of fattening foods up 1.5. Will reverse this!

Up 3 pounds to 147. I think the new scale probably has a lot to do with this.

208 on Sunday morning, 210.5 on Monday morning, probably temporary. Sunday was my housemate's bachelor party, so I suspect the salt + alcohol messed with my weight.

231 for me on Monday, so as I suspected, I was water-light last weigh in. lately I have had a hard time getting enough water.
