For those of you who have followed my weight loss journey I have my new weigh in....2.5lbs lost . This by far is not my best weekly weigh in and I'm not sure of the culprit. The only things I can think of are 1. I have done more exercise this week then in past weeks. 2. I didn't complete my food journal this week because I felt that I had been on this new eating plan long enough that I knew what I needed at each meal
3. Yesterday I rode allot and drank over a gallon of water that may have been still in my system at weigh in. 4. it may just be my plateau time but it seems a little early for that.
I'm not sure what of those it may be but I'm trying not to be discouraged it still is almost 40lbs in less then 7 weeks. I'm not going to change any of the things though except the food journal I will make sure and complete it for every meal this week. -Keep the faith
