    My latest weigh in

    I am in love with this new eating lifestyle. I am never hungry, and as of my weigh in today I am at 477.4 lbs. This is a total loss of 49.5lbs in seven (7!!!) weeks. I totally feel that it is dialed in, and the weight just keeps coming off. So any of you clydes who live in OR. definitely check out Monarch Medical Weight loss. They know their business. For those who have never read my post this is a balanced eating plan with portion control and lots of exercise This is the ticket.- cheers

    Ohh almost forgot, that is a loss of 11.6lbs this week

    aside from biking what other exercise are you doing? i too am taking control. i have lost 7lbs in 3 weeks. started at 295. i am riding 4-7 miles a day plus treadmill at the gym. i need to start weights soon, but i am trying to pace myself. great job.

    The exercise I do every day is walk on the treadmill @4mph with a 2" incline. If you dont currently use an incline, add an inch, you wont feel it but it does allot. Aside from that I ride to the gym at least 3 days a week (8 miles round trip). My diet is also tailored to my body size, I consume 2600 +- 50 cal per day broken up into six meals. The reason behind this is keeping your blood sugar even throughout the day with no spikes. My last mini meal (350cal) I eat at 9:00pm just before I go to bed. This is all designed to fool your primal brain into thinking food is plentiful (which in this day and age it is) and it stays out of famine mode (the survival mechanism known as fat) Se in reality all of us clydes are just great survivalist
