I set a goal to drop my weight down to 225. 250 at the new year and now 227!
....I am registered to do Ride Around the Bear on JUne 13th. MY personal best is 7:40 for the 10,000 ft century. My next goal is to beat that which was set 5 years ago at 229 lbs.
Last week I did my usual 20 mile 5,000 ft climb. I felt so good after the descent that I climbed halfway back up the mtn to add another 2200ft. First time I've ever done that on this mountain.
Whether or not I beat my PR
on the 13th, it sure feels good to be back in shape!
