Biggest Loser Week 24

I havent seen this weeks biggest loser and I know Miss Bumble is otherwise engaged with Brag. So if it is not officially going to go up here is an unofficial Biggest loser post so people can lay out their goals for the week.

For me I am hoping to lose at least 2lbs.

Other goals are
  • retape one handlebar (slight gap on taping it)
  • complete Tour De Wayne Metric - Jun 13

My goal for this week was going to be 2lbs....this AM I was already at - 2.5. WW, sure, but it was a nice present after getting back on the bike for the first time this season. (I only commute when the kids are out of school since my wife works nights-I get them up and ready before I leave for work. No school, no one has to get up, I get to ride!)

Goal for the week and 30+ miles. Shouldn't be hard-I commute to work.

Still hovering between 93 and 93.5kg (205-206ish lb), but just had a week of travel that stopped me from doing much exercise.

Goal for this week - stay level.
Goal for next week - start to get below 93kg.

Thanks scotlandtb, I've been anxiously waiting to post this week. Lost 5 lbs! Down to 263. Worked out 3 of 5 days (crazy week with all of the weather and kids baseball games) and actually commuted on my bike! Diet was still not what it should be on the weekend, but I rode my bike everywhere all weekend and I think that made the difference.

Goals for this week are: lose 2 lbs, workout 5 days and ride 20-30 miles.

MM

Met goal #2 so far!-Hit 30 miles for this week, this morning, and I haven't biked home yet.

I meandered a different way home last night and added about 2 miles to the jaunt-that helped. Picking 30 gave me a number-Ill have to raise it for next week. My one way ride in is just under 6 miles.
