Gains made in 2 weeks
So far in two weeks-4 lbs, about an inch off my waist (probably water, but hey, ill take it) 3-4 minutes off my commute, 1.7 mph average gain, being able to pedal through two legs today without coasting at all. I also found a slightly longer way home that lets me get in an extra mile+ in the time constraints I have before my wife goes to work
And not having that nap feeling when I get to work is pretty cool, too.
Not to have our thread devolve into a flame war, but if you are looking for earphones that are semi-canal buds, but that wont fall out, Sony MDR-AS50G's are AWESOME.
