new personal best

Borrowing a rim from my LBS while they rebuild mine I made a new personal best last night. 10 miles without stopping on a local MUP. The big help was the new bike shorts. It made the ride much more comfortable.

Here I was thinking that I was the only one struggling to make it to 10. I actually did it a week or so ago. Last night I did 12.5 miles. Congrats on making 10 and keep on keeping on.

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Your capabilities can progress exponentially from here, too, or at least on a positive asymptotic curve. (Logarithmically). Outstanding and great job!

Did a nice ride with my wife this evening and adjusted my seat up a little. This made a huge difference. Made the change almost at the end of the ride. Can't wait to see how the next one goes.
