WooHoo!

I think its safe to call it, I've been under 200 lbs for the last week! I made it! Also currently at the high end of normal on the BMI scale (not that the BMI scale works for everyone, just yet another figure to look at in my book).

Its been a blast! I plan to continue riding. My hill climbing has definitely improved a lot this year, and just joined a cycling club, which was more of a question of which one I wanted to join, rather than riding with a group. There are quite a few bike clubs in the area.

Awesome, Conga-Rats!

The hill climbing is not only a product of the increased strength, it is greatly assisted by the lost weight.
