Reversed last week's 2lb gain and lost an extra 4! Very happy with my results this week. I've been focusing more or diet, especially on the weekend. My running on the treadmill is becoming easier as I push up the distance and speed (and the weight drops).
Biking is up too, though nothing over 20 miles this week. Still got in about 60 miles this week.
I'm feeling much lighter and stronger and healthier and am starting to get a lot of "you look like you're losing weight" comments.
A lot of credit goes to you guys and gals on this thread.
The prospect of the weigh-in followed by the weekly post here is very motivating. Helps me say no to the office candy and the extra beer on the weekend. Thanks BF Clydes and Athenas!!!
Same goals this week - lose 2lbs, bike 60+ miles and workout every day in some way.
There are no tailwinds. There are headwinds and days when I'm awesome!
