OK It's time for the Bee to get cleaner with the food. Last night I had a Burrito and a few chips not a good option for me. I do much better on the road when I channel Jared and stick to Subway.

Tuesday - If head is better - Go for a jog at night 3 miles and weights Dinner at Subway
Wednesday - Bike in the AM (headache clinic in the PM to try and get a hold of these Migraines)
Thursday - Run and weights
Friday - Bike
Saturday - Bike
Sunday - Bike

Drink a lot of water!!!!

Hoping this week has me better focused on my goals and continuing my journey. So far it seems better and my weight is on the right side of where I was *LOL*. I had personal TRainer last night and have her wednesday again, what can I say I am a glutton for punishment. Goal is to get 1-2 rides in this week and not fall over *LOL*

255 1/2!!! Reversed last week's 2lb gain and lost an extra 4! Very happy with my results this week. I've been focusing more or diet, especially on the weekend. My running on the treadmill is becoming easier as I push up the distance and speed (and the weight drops).

Biking is up too, though nothing over 20 miles this week. Still got in about 60 miles this week.

I'm feeling much lighter and stronger and healthier and am starting to get a lot of "you look like you're losing weight" comments.

A lot of credit goes to you guys and gals on this thread. The prospect of the weigh-in followed by the weekly post here is very motivating. Helps me say no to the office candy and the extra beer on the weekend. Thanks BF Clydes and Athenas!!!

Same goals this week - lose 2lbs, bike 60+ miles and workout every day in some way.

MM

Well looks as if I am back in the game. Weigh in yesterday lunch time after bike ride and I am 255lbs. Loss of 4lbs from last weigh in (official) prolly closer to 6-7lbs. Also got about 55-60 miles from 2 rides this week, visited personal trainer twice and walked around a couple of national parks due to free weekend (in chatanooga TN) Have now lost 17.5% of my starting weight *LOL*

Was coaching most of last week and didn't get much training time in - so back up a couple of pounds I go to 208/94.something Kg.

Did 50 mins running tonight and I'm gearing up for a hill climb ride tomorrow am (just spent a couple of hours rotating my tyres and cleaning the chain!).

Ok the Bee had an ugly weight in 176 or some such thing...let's see it go down next week. I guess the good news is I a staying within a range..but not making progress down. Not trying too hard... But I really am glad I am not gaining. Soon though I should jump back inand hold off on the Bagels etc!!

So, 15 hours later (run, dinner, sleep, up at 5am to ride) I've just had breakfast and also emptied two water bottles (approx 1.8lt) and I'm weighing in at 93kg.

If I hadn't had breakfast or the drinks I suspect that I'd have been sub 92kg. I've got to double check things as I don't think I'm really fluctuating 1.5-2kg (3-5lb) in this timeframe. Scales at home have been a good match for the high quality job at work, but now I'm not so sure.

This morning's ride was 30km with 2300ft of climbing.

Hey TC you realise you have lost almost 1/5 of yourself since starting. Congrats on also losing 17% of your former self. Way to go man that is truly imprssive.

Hey, I like what's going on in this thread. I think I'll jump in. Do I just post my weight and what I do for the week?
