From my personal experience, several things:
1. A used Brooks on e-bay costs of 40% or original, OR LESS... (if you are not a sucker and are willing to wait...)
2. A used Brooks, because it is made of FORMABLE or alterable leather, WILL change and conform to YOUR anatomical sit bones (aka bum...)
Buy it and then ride it like no one is watching.... Getting sweated up will help the leather form to your backside...
I am only talking from the personal experience of buying 3 Brooks saddles on eBay .. then using and moulding them to my anatomy :-)
