    ok goals for this week are to lose 3lbs (down to 247)
    Cycle at least 2 times for a minimum of 40 miles (2x20 aint that difficult to get in I hope)
    try not kill anyone who annoys me *LOL*

    Even with last weeks hickup if I can get the 3lbs by the weekend I am within 2lbs of my goal for going to dragon con

    I made my goal plus cracked the 300 pound barrier for the first time in 10 years. I was 299.4 this morning. I have lost 57 pounds so far. Keep shedding those pounds gang! It sure makes riding more fun.

    started the summer at 239 (may 27th) now at 213. biking at least 5 miles every other day, playing a lil kickball, and now can jog a few blocks with my dog. i have not been below 200 since 1997 and i can almost see it. i lost 115 3 years ago just by diet but plateaued in the 230's. i've eaten the same and never lost anymore. i'm so glad i've discovered biking again. its just so fun and i'm sweating the fat away.

    Goal - Eat a ton less! have been not eating well lately- don't feel right witht he world when my eating is not in alignment. Kind of like I am fooling the world- yeah I can eat like a normal person - everything is fine.

    Well it isn't. So I am back from FLA and visiting with Family - in Chicago and Phili/Atlanta this week - so time to pay attention and know that there's always another meal arond the corner - no need to over indulge!

    Any workout counts - even if it's just 30 minutes - just do it.

    TAPER OFF OF DIET COKE!!!!!

    Monday - Rest
    Tuesday - 3o min Stationary Bike
    Wednesday - run
    Thursday - bike - No popcorn at airport.
    Friday - Pack the house, house inspection, Ac guy.... Hey I am buying a house - my first one at age 46....Scary!!Closing is 8/31- wish me luck.

    Saturday - Sunday - Pack & Ride!

    OK positive spin- YAY me stil at a reasonable size,,,travelling, buying a house!! (in Atlanta) and healthy...

    Cut out soda this week and down 2 lbs to 250lbs. I ride with 4 different guys aon different days that are 60 to 100 lbs lighter than me. I am usually able to out ride them on MTB and Roadies. I really want to drop about 50lbs to meet my goal. Although I do have a lot more experince then they do.

    I've been weighing myself on Thursdays - just the day I started. Now that I've found this thread, I'll start weighing on Mondays and join the fun.

    Weight on 8/13/13 - 269
    Goal this week was 4 lbs.
    Lost 8 lbs.
    Weight on 8/20/09 - 261

    Weight on 8/17/09 - 266
    Goal by 8/23/09 - 262 (I know, I know - all I have to do is maintain. Feels a bit like cheating.)

    Is there still a possibility of joining in with this? If so, count me in! I'll start officially weighing in next Monday, but I am currently 330 lbs, and I started at 375 lbs. I'll pm Missbumble as well, as it looks like she's running this show.

    started early May at 235, dropped to 211 by mid-June, then went back up to 217 as of eight days ago. now im 212 and shooting to get under 200. im just under 20% fat and shooting to get to 13% at 199, and then eventually under 10%, which would put me around 193~5. But I will always be a clyde no matter what.

    MissB good luck to you too! Exciting times.

    I was on business travel all week so 4 days of expense account meals and no riding I did manage to get in a few runs on the hotels treadmill though.

    250 3/4 - down one pound. Not too bad for all that seafood and beer I ate and drank in Ft. Lauderdale. Got back on the bike today though so I feel better already.

    Same goals as usual for this week, though I have the extra motivation of getting under 250 (and hopefully staying there this time!)

    well didnt get any cycling at all last week *sigh* but other 2 goals met, didint kill anyone which is good and I actually lost 5.5lbs so weight this week is 244.5lbs (of course had a bad sunday so refise to get on scales till wed at earliest *LOL*)
