From where I started at 581 pounds to last year. You old hands have seen this before, but the new C&A members won't have

That's a well done vid Tom! And truly inspirational! I had to laugh about the song choice though, only because I used it for a fire academy video tribute to my class about two years ago and Youtube disabled the audio to it for copyright reasons. I'm glad they left yours on!

Very nice Tom, very nice. You have inspired me. I was 335 about 10 years ag, lost 140 lbs and now am frustrated as I head back up. at 230 this morning and am trying to re-motivate myself to getting back on track... thanks for posting. i had not seen...

I did put a big blurb in for the artist and linked to his CD for sales in the description of the video as advertisement for him. Maybe that's why, or maybe they looked at the context and decided to let it be. Who knows.

Man Tom, everytime I see that I get inspired. I'm going through a rough time right now and that video was much needed. As I sit hear and feel bad about life I definately needed to see the part about taking back my life. It definately is in my hands. Thank you so much Tom!!!!!!

Tom, I love that fade effect between your face and the road. Mixing in the pictures then going back to the road is an awesome way to tell the story about your journey. Totally inspiring!!
