I was 288 a year and a half ago. Now I'm 235, trying to get to 215. We'll see where I go from there.

I'm 6'4" and 214# as of this morning. Not really trying to be anything else except faster... and perhaps live a bit longer (so I can continue getting faster - at my current rate of improvement I should be about to win the TDF when I'm 107 years old).

Was 231 in mid-May, was 204 in the doctor's office a little while back, and am right around 200 now on my home scale.

Keep riding, and remember your sig.

I was 228 on March 1. Now, 3200 miles and a lot less ice cream later, I'm at 205 with a goal of 190.

I was about 250 in Jaunary. Down to 230 in June. If I try REEEEEEAL hard, I can get down to 220. But I have no interest in leaving Clyde status. I have fun with it!

I was 245+ and now I'm stuck at 205. I should try to get down to 180.

Was 220 last year, down to 193 yesterday on the gym scale. My ultimate goal is 180-185. Just don't give up hope, if I can do it, so can anyone else !!!!

Well, started off at 231 trying to be 195 and am down to 224 after almost two weeks. Give me a couple more weeks and I'll be 214 trying to get down to 195. Actually, anything under 200 would be nice!

How tall are you and what is your build? Instead of going for a magic weight try to go for BF % then as you develope muscle tone you're not dropping too much weight

I hear ya... I'm 5'9", 211 the last time I checked. I'd like to get down to around 175 or 180 by next summer. I'm hoping my new road bike and training for a MS150 event will get me there.
