Is it a return to Uber Clyde status

I ask this question because at the moment i may be working my way back over 300 pounds but not because of inactivity but rather from weight training. i started back in 07 over 300 lbs as a fat blubbering mess. lost a whole bunch of weight and now that i have been hitting the weights very hard i am gaining a good amount of weight back. i have not gained any inches around the waist but rather lost a couple this year. i prefer staying under 300 but i will not be upset but maybe even happy if i do go over. i do alot of cardio but i refuse to back off on the weights.

So is 300+ lbs a Uber Clyde regardless of what shape or how fit you are?

The number is irrelevant if you are in good shape.

As long as you are healthy, I don't think it matters what you weigh.

That being said, I was told by my doctor to drop some weight because of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I have always been a weight lifting kind of clyde, so I never really considered myself as "fat". Unfortunately that just didn't matter to my doctor, he told me to drop some weight or get my affairs in order. That is a hard pill to swallow that at the age of 30 I was at an elevated risk of a heart attack.

As long as you are healthy, it doesn't matter what you weigh.
